Our Work:

As a newly formed organization, VillageMED's initial focus is to recruit and dispatch medical teams to our patient population in Haiti.
MEDICAL TEAMS
Medical teams of volunteer physicians, healthcare workers, and students working under the direction of VillageMED will provide crisis relief and primary medical care to children living in distressed environments in the Caribbean (Haiti), Africa, and United States.  For year one and year two of operation, , our organization will field  medical teams 3 times a year to Haiti for 2 weeks each.  Additional service countries and missions will be added as the pipeline of volunteers and partnering NGO’s expands.
POOL OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS
With a long term goal of maintaining an active pool of 100 healthcare providers, VillageMED will collaborate with professional associations and medical schools to recruit medical volunteers.

MEDICAL TRAINING CLINIC
VillageMED will build and support a full-time training clinic in Haiti that is staffed by a Haiti based physician and medical assistant. In addition to providing full-time medical services to children and women, the clinic will serve as a field training site for VillageMED medical volunteers.
